Our Approach
Mentoring is not only a valuable business tool, it is also an age-old tradition observed in many cultures, the basis of which is the sensitive delivery of advice, support and guidance from mentor to mentee.
We help the mentor to understand how and when to adopt different 'hats' - part counsellor, part facilitator, part role model; and how to become a better listener, how to develop empathy and how to gain an instinctive understanding of the needs of the mentee. In turn mentors can help mentees to acclimatise to a new job or role; to reflect on their abilities and progress; to remove any perceived 'barriers' to their development; and to improve their performance.
